This is a much needed book to help educate children about nutrient dense foods. I am always trying to promote healthy choices for my kids, but it is nice to have the same information coming a source other than myself since they don’t really get this message in society. My kids enjoy this book so much they requested to purchase more for their holiday book exchange at school because they want their friends to know about Superhero foods.
