My 5- and 3- year olds have been inspired by these books! They can relate to the kids in the story and enjoy looking at all of the pictures as the lessons I have taught them for months come to life on the pages. These are excellent resources to help kids of any age to enjoy adopting a healthy life!

Breakfast has not been as easy with out kids since we stopped buying cereal and rarely buy bread. This book has been a win. We meal prep a lot at the start of the week- and now we can have breakfasts that seem like a treat (ex. Breakfast Cookies) yet are actually nutritious.
