Breakfast has not been as easy with out kids since we stopped buying cereal and rarely buy bread. This book has been a win. We meal prep a lot at the start of the week- and now we can have breakfasts that seem like a treat (ex. Breakfast Cookies) yet are actually nutritious.

This book was such a great addition to our superhero foods book. My kids aged 4-6 LOVE listening and learning how sleep helps over all health and it’s broken down so the kids UNDERSTAND! We swap between my superhero sleep and my superhero foods at least 4 nights a week- it’s a staple in our household ☺️
Finally, a fun book that encourages great sleep habits for kids! I used to be a pediatric sleep consultant and I never found a book that I agreed with to give to parents. This is the book I was looking for. Thank you!

Love,love, LOVE this cookbook! My family has loved every single thing I have made out of it so far! Ingredients are real and the prep/cook time is very doable with 3 little ones begging for breakfast. Looking forward to putting the actual meal plan into action this next week when school starts!
