Unless otherwise noted, all items available in the store are in stock and should ship within one to two business days.

For US shipments, we primarily ship all economy/media mail packages with USPS. For larger orders we ship via UPS Ground.

For international orders, we ship economy orders via USPS/Global Post which will work into your in country postal system.

Media Mail/Economy Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days. If you need to receive your shipment sooner, we recommend that you choose a different shipping option.

Yes! We typically ship via USPS internationally that goes through Global Post. We know shipping internationally can be expensive, but we have no control over the rates. It takes a lot of people/energy to get our book across borders and oceans.

We also have no control over the fees that you are charged once your package reaches your customs agency.

International shipments can take between two to eight weeks. If you have not received your item within 8 weeks, please contact us at hi@mysuperherofoods.com

The truth is, shipping isn't cheap. Amazon has made us super used to free shipping, but it's hard for us to do that as a small shop. We don't profit off of shipping rates.

Our shipping charges are calculated based on live rates for US and are set up by weight based on average rates for international shipments. If you truly can't afford to pay the postage and really want receive our products, please contact us. We'd be happy to see what we can do to help!

All book orders will be tracked and you'll receive your tracking info via email.

Economy and First Class mail orders for stickers will not include tracking. If you do not receive your sticker within the allotted time noted above, please contact us!

Our books are printed in the United States and a little town in Wisconsin! The books are sewn and are designed to last through many reads. We're very happy about the quality of our books and we feel confident that they'll last through many page turns!

Our stickers are printed on high quality vinyl and can be safely used on water bottles and outdoor surfaces.
They should last for a long time through many dishwasher cycles, but if you want to make them last longer, we recommend that you hand wash anything that you use them on.
